Terms of Service
Effective May 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at loom.mn and related services (the “Service”) provided by Loom (“Loom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Loom is
Loom is a marketplace that connects independent creators with brands for sponsorship campaigns. Creators build a public profile, optionally connect third-party accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) to surface their reach, and apply to or are invited to brand campaigns. Brands publish campaign briefs, review creators, and contract with them through the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with anyone, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or its users.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you publish on Loom (your profile copy, uploaded media, products, links, and similar material — “Your Content”). By publishing Your Content on the Service, you grant Loom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You represent that you own or have the rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any applicable law.
Third-party integrations
The Service lets you connect third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Loom to access specific information from that platform on a read-only basis, as disclosed at the consent screen and described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of a third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and policies, not by these Terms. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. You can disconnect any third-party account from your Loom settings at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Use the Service to send spam, scrape data, or interfere with other users’ use of the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Use the Service to violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (including TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
Campaigns and payments
Loom facilitates discovery and contracting between creators and brands. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and other commercial terms for any campaign are agreed between the creator and the brand, and may be subject to additional terms shown at the time the campaign is accepted. Loom is not a party to those underlying campaign agreements unless expressly stated.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks (excluding Your Content and third-party content), is owned by Loom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Loom in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loom and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loom is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
